We are pleased to inform the parents that once again we have succeeded in The British Council International School Award,2009-10 scheme. This entitles us to use the ISA logo as given below till 2013.

• Bibhaswata Dasgupta and Spandita Nandi of class X participated in the Frank Anthony Memorial All India Debate Competition. The V.M.S. team stood 2nd while Bibhaswata was adjudged the Runner up (Best speaker).
   
• The result of the Inter school recitation competition organized by the Ramakrishna Mission, Narendrapur:-
  Swapnil Sarkar of VC stood 2nd in the Junior group
  Srijani Sarkar of VIIIA stood1st in the senior group.
   
• Debankan Dhara of VIG secured 7th position in the 33rd State Sub-junior Chess Championship organized by West Bengal Chess Association. Students quality circle
   
• The Core Committee members were selected in the Investiture ceremony for 2010-2011 on 21.4.10. The members are :-
