A few seats are likely to be vacant in classes Transition to class-VI for the session 2012-2013. Parents may apply to the Principal as per the format given below. The application should be typed and submitted to the school office at Joka (main building) within 3rd March 2012 between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. on all working days.
The application must accompany an attested (by Gazetted Officer) Xerox copy of the candidate’s Birth Registration Certificate and an attested (by Gazetted Officer) Xerox copy of the progress report of the last examination attended, without which no application will be entertained. Preference will be given to candidates on transfer from outside the city.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION
The candidate must have a Registered Birth Certificate issued from State/Central Govt. or any such authorized body.
Donations are not accepted.
Influential sources are not desired.
N.B: The short-list of the scrutinized applications will be put up on the School’s Notice Board on 12.03.12 at 2.00 p.m. at Joka (main building).
ADMISSION TEST (WRITTEN) WILL BE HELD ON 24.03.12
Incomplete application will be treated as cancelled.
