PARENTS WHO WOULD LIKE TO ADMIT THEIR WARDS TO CLASS NURSERY - I OF THE SESSION 2011-2012 APRIL, PLEASE APPLY TO THE PRINCIPAL AS PER THE GIVEN PROFORMA N.B: Please follow the information given below:  Date & time of submission: From 02.08.2010 to 11.10.2010 between 8am to 3pm. Place of submission: School office at Joka. Documents required:- Attested photocopies of : Candidate's Birth Registration Certificate issued by State / Central Govt. or any other authorised body and Hospital Discharge Certificate Please Note: A Doctor's Certificate is not accepted as valid.   ELIGIBILITY  Age: 2 yrs 11 months to 3 yrs 9 months on 01.04.2011. The child must be healthy, having right height & weight and should know the following: To say his / her Name, the Name of his / her Parents. To identify some common day-to-day objects & respond to General Questions. One / two Nursery rhymes in English & in Bengali / Hindi. Children who know to read / write the Alphabet are not eligible for Nursery I Donations are not accepted. Influential sources are not desired. The decision of the Selection Committee is deemed right and final. Applications which are not endorsed / complete / correct / legible and which do not have requisite documents will be treated as cancelled.   N.B.   The short-list of the scrutinized applications will be put up on the School’s Notice Board on:     20.08.2010 at  2  p.m. at Joka,  Calcutta ( 1st  List)     06.10.2010 at  2  p.m. at Joka, Calcutta ( 2nd List )     12.11.2010 at  2  p.m. at Joka, Calcutta ( 3rd List ) The Format can be downloaded from here -------------------------------------------------------------------   ADMISSION   PROCEDURE    1.     APPLICATIONS INVITED AS PER PROFORMA.    2.     SELECTED CANDIDATES TO COLLECT THE ENROLMENT FORM FROM THE OFFICE.    3.     THE ENROLMENT FORM TO BE SUBMITTED ON THE DATE MENTIONED BY THE OFFICE.    4.     INTERVIEW DATES TO BE GIVEN DURING THE TIME OF SUBMISSION OF ENROLMENT FORM.    5.     FINAL SELECTION LIST TO BE PUT UP MENTIONING THE DATE, TIME AND AMOUNT FOR ADMISSION.    6.     COMPLETION OF THE ADMISSION PROCESS TO BE DONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH DATE AND TIME MENTIONED.    7.     NO REFUND OF ADMISSION FEES WILL BE MADE IN CASE OF CANCELLATION. **  BOTH PARENTS TO ATTEND THE INTERVIEW DATE AND ALSO FINAL FORM FILL UP DATE.
